Happy Holidays!
The Aeroprise economy is growing every day. We're proud to welcome our newest partners and customers to the family. In 2003, we welcomed partners on four continents and new users from all corners of the world. Our solution suite has expanded to include offerings for BlackBerry, Wi-Fi, laptop, Pocket PC, and bar-code scanning environments.

Our engineering team is hard at work pushing the limits of mobile computing. We're focused on making wireless more secure, more reliable, and faster than it has ever been - and our research is yielding groundbreaking results thanks to your feedback.

According to Rob Enderle from the Enderle Group, "2004 will be a watershed year for the mobile worker." According to Happy Holidays from Aeroprise!Julian Hewett from Ovum Research, "2004 will be a breakthrough year for wireless data use" as data-capable devices continue to proliferate. We're glad to hear analysts confirming what we already know from listening to you.

In the latter part of 2003 we witnessed an interesting shift as wireless projects began to evolve from trials and whiteboards into project plans and budgets replete with hard timelines and ROI analyses. We agree with all of you who tell us by the end of 2004 anyone who isn't using desktop applications away from desktops will truly be playing catch-up.

We're all on the edge of a workplace behavior trend so fundamental it will make the Internet look like an abacus within ten years. Suffice it to say we're looking forward to an exciting 2004!

As always, feel free to contact me or anyone on our team if there's anything we can do to help you.

Best wishes for a healthy, prosperous new year!

-Dan Turchin and the Aeroprise team

Aeroprise Corporate Move
On Wednesday, December 31, 2003, we will begin relocating our headquarters to a larger facility in Mountain View, California. The move will make it easier for us to deliver the products and services you rely on from Aeroprise.

As we move our physical assets to our new campus, our customer support line and online services may be unavailable for a brief time. It is our goal to keep disruptions to a minimum, and we will do our best to bring everything back online quickly. We expect to have all services restored by Monday, January 5, 2004.
