Mobile Headache? Express Yourself.
When Italy won this year's World Cup coach Marcello Lippi attributed the team's success to the legacy of fine Italian players who blazed a trail for his 2006 squad. Emulating their attitude, work ethic, and style of play helped his young team exceed expectations.
You may not have realized it but your mobile workforce has an awful lot in common with Lippi's Azzurri. Both achieve world domination by relying on established best practices. And isn't that just what your support team is after?
World Domination
So how can your mobile employees leverage best practices to succeed? It's a whole lot easier than winning the World Cup. Aeroprise Express Mobility for Help Desk is a brand new product from the team that pioneered mobile end-user personalization for Service Management and it's the easiest way to deploy the most successful mobile solution in the shortest amount of time.
Imagine for a second you could get tips and insights from 1,000 customers that have done exactly what you're about to do. Now imagine you could extract just the most relevant ones and build a solution based on them. Now imagine you could do all of that with the click of a mouse. Click here and you won't be imagining.
Tell Me More
Aeroprise Express Mobility for Help Desk combines years of research and customer best practices into one bellissimo product (at least that's what Coach Lippi says). Here are just a few of its unique features and benefits:

Index of Wireless Activity
IOWA suffered its biggest quarterly loss since inception, losing more than a third of its value during the second quarter of 2006 to close at 125.86. Falling mobile & wireless stock prices contributed to the decline during a period in which the tech-heavy NASDAQ slid almost 10%.
The meteoric fall of Openwave, supplier of wireless data infrastructure to many of the largest wireless carriers, weighed on IOWA. The stock lost almost 70% of its value during Q2 as a result of disappointing revenue numbers and increased competition from Nokia, Motorola, Microsoft, and Scandinavian browser maker Opera Software.
The lone bright spot for IOWA came from Verizon Communications, the second-largest phone company in the US, whose stock was buoyed almost 3% by the recent announcement that it generated more than $1B in wireless data revenue this past quarter. Verizon is the first company to eclipse the $1B per quarter mark and has reiterated the importance of wireless data for its revenue growth strategy. Year over year, wireless data surged 84% and now accounts for almost 13% of all Verizon service revenue.

Tip of the Month: Wireless Security
The Fort Knox of mobile security is closer than you think. Your Aeroprise Mobile Gateway has a powerful set of security features accessible by clicking 'Wireless Security' from the Actions menu of your Administration Console.
Here are a few things you can do:
1) Specify valid IP address ranges for the devices that access Aeroprise. This will prevent rogue devices from accessing your Mobile Gateway. It will also deny access to rogue users if devices are lost or stolen.
2) Specify how frequently user passwords need to be changed. You can also specify format types for passwords by requiring them to be at least a certain length.
3) Specify how many incorrect logins you'll accept before disabling user accounts.
