Before Installing Aeroprise Mobility Trial Application

Ensure that you complete the following steps before installing Aeroprise on your BlackBerry:

1. In the BlackBerry browser, click the trackwheel
2. Click Options > Browser Configuration
3. Check the Support JavaScript box
   (Tips: Use Space to check box.)

Installing Aeroprise Mobility Trial Application

To install Aeroprise on your BlackBerry:

1. In the BlackBerry browser, click the trackwheel
2. Click Go To…
3. Type www.aeroprise.net/free
4. Click the trackwheel
5. Click OK
6. On the Web page, click the Download button
7. After installation finishes, close the browser
8. Open Aeroprise
9. Click the trackwheel and select Main Menu

Troubleshooting

If you can’t see any items in the Ticket List, you can easily refresh the list:

1. In Aeroprise, click Logout
2. Click Clear All Data
3. Select Yes to continue
4. Ticket List will refresh in a few minutes

Uninstalling Aeroprise Mobility Trial Application

To uninstall Aeroprise on your BlackBerry:

1. In Options, click Advanced Options > Applications > AeroClientRD
2. Click Delete
3. Restart BlackBerry
